A uniquely designed space for creatives to structure their day
and build community.
Designed for actors but open to all creatives.
What is it?
A subscription to a zoom workspace for creatives. Fill out the form for your personal preferences of how we can help keep you accountable. Show up to your daily, weekly, or monthly zoom meeting. Then work on what you need to get done for your craft. (i.g. memorizing monologues, working on sides, updating websites, applying for acting jobs).
What do I do once I log on?
You'll receive a reminder text to show up to your meeting. You'll log on, and check in with a quick hello. Then the space is yours to do whatever you need to get done. Feel free to chime in and socialize with other creatives in the zoom as much as you'd like. You can keep your camera on or off. Facilitators will check in on you to make sure you're getting what you need to done.
How much is it?
$2 for a day drop in
$5 for a work week (M-F)
$15 for a month (excluding weekends)
How It started
As an actor who struggles with ADHD and keeping myself accountable, I realized I would get the most done for my acting career, when I was seated at my desk and someone was keeping me accountable. I briefly held a customer service remote job where I was expected to be on stand-by and at my desk from 9am-6pm. During that time, I accomplished so many things for my career. And so, I created Anchored Creatives. A space where actors and directors and film editors can have a virtual space to keep them focused on what they need to get done. Along with building community and connecting with like. minds, Anchored Creatives is a space where you can focus on building your artistic career without relying on self motivation alone.
